Suresh Raina buys Kia Carnival Limousine
Suresh Raina buys Kia Carnival Limousine: Former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina becomes the first owner of the all-new Kia Carnival Limousine in India. Priced at Rs 63.90 lakh, the ex-showroom version of this new-age luxury MPV will be worth almost Rs 30 lakh more than the older version. For example, while the Innova HyCross is much cheaper at Rs 28.84 lakh, there isn’t quite a direct rival at this price point-not even the luxurious Toyota Vellfire that starts way beyond Rs 1.22 crore.
And Raina has chosen the Glacier White Pearl finish. The other choice is Fusion Black. It is the Carnival Limousine, which packs a 2.2-litre diesel under the hood, pumping 191 bhp and 441 Nm of torque into what should be an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends all the power to the front wheels. Particularly designed for the class of a seven-seater MPV, the car is luxurious as well as convenient-from dual 12.3-inch displays to a Bose premium audio system, ventilated seats, and connected car technology and even ADAS safety equipment.

Inside the seven-seater MPV hosts the second row of powered captain chairs with integrated heating and ventilation, leg extension options, and even electrically controlled sliding rear doors. With safety being paramount, this car pretty much does come with eight airbags, four disc brakes, a 360-degree camera, tire pressure monitoring, adaptive cruise control, and lane-keeping assist. Among additional features are three-zone climate control, paddle shifters, and four driving modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, and Smart. Carnival Limousine is backed by a three-year warranty, with free maintenance and roadside assistance included.
