Union Home Minister Amit Shah took to X, stating that Patel’s legacy was a long-life one-a visionary leader who played a crucial role in unifying India from Kashmir to Lakshadweep. “Sardar Patel Ji’s indelible legacy as the visionary behind the establishment of one of the world’s most robust democracies and his pivotal role in unifying India remain as invaluable,” Shah said.
